Key Responsibilities

- Overall leadership and management of the Engineering College.

- Drive academic excellence, quality, and institutional growth.

- Lead faculty, Deans, HoDs, and administrative teams.

- Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and statutory compliance.

- Improve student admissions, placements, and overall outcomes.

- Promote research, innovation, patents, and industry collaboration.

- Oversee infrastructure, laboratories, budgets, and resources.

- Develop strategic partnerships with industry and academic institutions.

- Lead institutional planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

- Represent the college with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

- Ph.D.



in Engineering / Technology from a recognized institution.

- 25+ years of overall skilled experience

, preferably with substantial experience in academic leadership and institutional administration.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership position such as

Director, Principal, Dean, HoD, or equivalent in an Engineering/Technical institution.

Location Preference

- Candidates from Madhya Pradesh are preferred.

- Candidates currently based outside Madhya Pradesh who are willing to relocate to Madhya Pradesh may also be considered.
