Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day purchase activities.
- Support in preparing and sending enquiries to suppliers.
- Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintain purchase records and trackers.
- Assist in vendor coordination and supplier follow-ups.
- Support the Purchase team in preparing MIS and reports.
Key Competencies:
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn
