Role & responsibilities

- Lead shift maintenance operations and manage a team of 10-12 technicians/engineers.
- Implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Motors, MCC, PCC, VFD, PLC Panels, and automation systems.
- Ensure high equipment availability by minimizing downtime and optimizing machine performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, energy-saving projects, and cost reduction activities.
- Conduct statutory compliance activities, safety audits, and engineering audits.
- Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, checklists, and performance reports.
- Plan maintenance schedules effectively to maximize planned maintenance and reduce unplanned breakdowns.
- Implement equipment standardization and condition monitoring techniques.




- Support achievement of plant KPIs relating to safety, quality, productivity, and reliability.

Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, with hands-on experience in PLCs, VFDs, MCC/PCC panels, and industrial automation. Valuable troubleshooting, team management, and communication skills. Exposure to TPM, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives will be preferred.
