To lead the development and analysis of simulation models for product development, ensuring accuracy and correlation with physical tests, and driving improvements in design performance.
Role & responsibilities:-
- Develop advanced simulation models for NPD, VAVE, and LCM projects, conducting trade-offs between cost and performance using digital tools.
- Interpret analysis results, create detailed reports, and collaborate with relevant teams to improve design solutions based on the findings. • Ensure robust correlations between simulation data and actual test results, creating empirical models to support quick decision-making processes.
- Create high-fidelity simulation models for various Adv development projects. Utilize a structured TRL-based process from TRL1 to TRL5 to assist in maturing the solutions.
- Assist in implementing simulation tools and processes that improve first-time-right (FTR)
outcomes, turnaround time (TAT), and on-time delivery (OTD).
- Create of new processes and capabilities essential for achieving first time-right (FTR) outcomes, on-time delivery (OTD), and turnaround time (TAT) reduction, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating the creation and validation of innovative prototypes. EDUCATIONAL
