Critical Competencies Quarterly & annual survey of Mines Pits & Limestone sweetener yard & stock piles of Limestone, coal & other additives used in cement plant.
Update all statutory plans & sections like surface plan, geological plan & section, production plan, progressive Mine closure plan, conceptual plan & section, environmental plan,
Conduct survey for slope stability of Overburden dumps and limestone stocks.
Coordinates for drone survey of Mines & upload drone data in IBM portal.
Preparation of shape file, KML/KMZ file for submission to IBM & other statutory agencies.
Knowledge of operation of Total Station, GPS, DGPS, drone survey.
Desired Competencies Knowledge of digital elevation models (DEM), orthomosaics, or high-resolution satellite/drone imagery.
Knowledge of Datamine / Surpac (block model preparation & updation) and SAP.
Knowledge of Khasara & know about superimposing CAD file on Khasara map.
SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives & System Compliances : Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
- Timely conducting scheduled CAPA round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in the area of concern in system.
- To implement improvement project to reduce repetitive problems/breakdown or losses.
- Timely submission of Kaizen, OPL, Positive to fine, suggestion on system.
- To know about IMS and other systems requirement and documents for non-conformity in section during internal and external audits or assessments
