- Handles basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Attends and update IT support tickets.
- Troubleshoots Server, desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues.
- Performs OS installation, software installation, and basic configuration.
- Troubleshoots basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoots NVR, DVR, IP Cameras, and Analog Cameras connectivity issues
- Performs password resets and basic user account support. 11 4,36,600
- Checks and replaces basic hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, mouse, and cables (If Hardware components provided by the Customer)
- Coordinates with users and provide timely status updates.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
