- Ensure execution of work in accordance with defined policies, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Regularly complete required work policy certifications relevant to assigned tasks.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize manpower and resource utilization.
- Plan and schedule work activities effectively, aligning with daily, weekly, and monthly project milestones.
- Monitor overall progress and submit accurate weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate daily with PMC (Project Management Consultant) to align site activities and resolve issues.
- Conduct detailed reviews of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and promptly report observations to the Reporting Manager.
- Ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S;) protocols.
- Perform thorough pre-, during-, and post-execution quality checks across all work activities.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth execution.
- Escalate and report daily operational issues to the Reporting Manager in a structured manner.
- Capable of managing construction operations across a built-up area of at least 2.5 lakh sq. ft., including structural works or finishes or external development or waterproofing or landscaping.
2. Billing Responsibilities
- Record contractor work progress and quantities accurately in Measurement Books (M-Books).
- Prepare and submit daily NMR / DLR (Daily Labour Report) for review and processing.
3. People Management
- Foster team building and promote a team-oriented work environment.
- Manage and lead on-site personnel effectively, ensuring productivity and alignment with project goals.
- Conduct training and skill development sessions for subcontractor staff and support personnel.
Required Candidate profile
- BE with 4 - 5 years of experience in construction/ real estate industry/infra (minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience)
- Diploma with 6 - 7 years of experience in construction/ real estate industry/infra (minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience)
- Must have experience in Mivan Shuttering
- Should have experience in Structure Works
- Should have experience in Finishing Works
