Emergency Physician

Avera Heart Hospital (A Unit of Spero Hospital Pvt. Ltd.), Coimbatore is looking for a dedicated and competent Emergency Physician to join our Emergency Medicine team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide immediate assessment, stabilization and management of patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
- Handle medical and cardiac emergencies and initiate appropriate emergency interventions.
- Perform rapid clinical assessment, triage and prioritization of patients.
- Manage emergency cases in coordination with Cardiologists, CTVS Surgeons, Intensivists and other specialists.
- Perform emergency procedures within the scope of practice and clinical expertise.
- Coordinate patient admission, transfer and referral when required.
- Ensure timely documentation of emergency consultations, treatment and procedures.
- Follow hospital protocols, emergency response procedures and patient-safety standards.

Qualification





- MBBS with MD/DNB/MEM/MRCEM in Emergency Medicine will be preferred.
- ACLS/BLS certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care or Cardiac Emergency Care will be preferred.

Key Skills

- Solid clinical assessment and emergency management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make timely clinical decisions.
- Good knowledge of emergency protocols and resuscitation.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Be in-charge of BLS/ACLS training & structure
