Role & responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and document manual test cases for embedded firmware and control software.
- Validate motor control algorithms for BLDC, PMSM, and Induction Motors.
- Test and analyze FOC (Field-Oriented Control), speed control, torque control, and position control loops.
- Perform system-level testing and debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers, and motor dynamometer setups.
- Support HIL, MIL, and SIL validation activities.
- Verify communication interfaces including CAN, UART, SPI, and I2C.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare detailed test reports, validation documents, and customer deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for product validation and quality improvements.





Preferred candidate profile

- Solid knowledge of Embedded Systems Testing.
- Experience with Motor Control Systems and Power Electronics.
- Hands-on experience with BLDC, PMSM, and Induction Motors.
- Familiarity with FOC (Field-Oriented Control) algorithms.
- Experience with ARM, TI C2000 or similar microcontrollers.
- Hands-on experience with lab instruments:
- Oscilloscope
- Multimeter
- Logic Analyzer
- Power Analyzer
- Knowledge of communication protocols:
- CAN
- UART
- SPI
- I2C
- Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
