Core Responsibilities

- Design and develop embedded hardware for rugged defence digital display systems, including multifunction displays, vehicle dashboards, and control panels.

- Develop and validate analogue, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic circuits for embedded hardware systems.

- Design multi-layer PCBs using Altium Designer or equivalent tools and support schematic design, PCB development, and hardware bring-up.

- Develop and work with ARM MCU/MPU-based hardware and integrate display interfaces such as LVDS, RGB, HDMI, and eDP.

- Work with communication interfaces including CAN, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I²C, UART, RS-232/422/485, GPIO, and MIL-STD-1553.

- Perform hardware debugging, design verification, and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and other laboratory equipment.

- Support EMI/EMC testing, signal integrity, environmental qualification, and compliance with applicable military standards.

- Prepare and maintain BOMs, test procedures, hardware design documents, validation reports, and qualification documentation.

- Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration, issue resolution, and successful delivery of rugged defence display hardware.
