Highland Vault Technologies is looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The role will focus on creating and managing email campaigns, automated customer journeys, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one email marketing platform such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Brevo.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging email copy, subject lines, and CTAs.
- Build and manage automated email flows and customer journeys.
- Segment audiences based on customer behaviour and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, offers, and send times.
- Monitor metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rate, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain email databases and audience segments.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for email campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns follow appropriate consent, privacy, and unsubscribe requirements.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
- Practical experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Brevo.
- Understanding of email automation, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Strong attention to detail.

Valuable to Have
- E-commerce, D2C, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer-brand experience.
- CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
- Basic HTML email knowledge.
- Shopify or similar e-commerce experience.
