Key Responsibilities :

- SOTIF Process & Methodology Development

- Develop, tailor, and deploy SOTIF processes in compliance with ISO 21448.

- Create and maintain SOTIF work products, guidelines, checklists, and templates.

- Define and improve SOTIF assessment methodologies for ADAS and autonomous driving features.

- Support organizational process improvement initiatives related to SOTIF.

- Establish best practices for scenario-based hazard analysis and unknown unsafe scenario identification.

SOTIF Engineering Activities

- Perform SOTIF analysis, hazard identification, and triggering condition analysis.

- Conduct Scenario Analysis, Functional Insufficiency Analysis, and Performance Limitation Assessment.





- Develop and maintain SOTIF argumentation and safety case documentation.

- Support identification and evaluation of known and unknown hazardous scenarios.

- Conduct risk evaluation and define safety validation strategies.

- Verification & Validation Support

- Define SOTIF verification and validation plans.

- Support scenario-based testing, simulation, MIL/SIL/HIL validation activities.

- Analyze field data, test results, and performance limitations to identify residual risks.

- Collaborate with test teams to ensure adequate coverage of safety-related scenarios.
