- Operate and monitor E-coat tank process
- Control voltage, bath temperature, pH, conductivity
- Maintain coating chemicals and additives
- Handle pre- treatments (degreasing, phosphating, rinsing)
- check coating thickness using DFT gauge
- Inspect coated parts for defects (runs, pinholes)
- Operate and control curing oven parameters
- Maintain plant equipment and work area
- Follow safety procedures and PPE usage
- Maintain daily production and quality records
Knowledge & Skills
- E-coat process control
- Chemical Bath Maintenance
Qualifications
- ITI Certificate, DIPLOMA in Engineering (any relevant stream)
- 10 years of hands-on experience in electro-coating ( E-coat) plant operations, chemical bath management, and automated coating lines.
- Experience in oil and gas, automotive, marine, heavy manufacturing, or industrial surface treatment sectors is an advantage.
