· Ensure Preventive Maintenance of utility part as per annual calendar.

· Ensure Maintenance in case of Breakdowns

· Tools Handling

· Safety precautions

Routine Duties:

· Daily plant round as soon as shift starts.

· Attending the Breakdowns in plant in 5 mins and in case if problem exceeds 30 mins immediately reporting to Senior.

· Log book maintenance.

· Conditional monitoring of all the equipments & machines.

· Co-ordinating with stores department for engineering materials.

· Co-ordinating with all the sections in production department

· Analyses of engineering drawings & specifications to plan layouts, assembling and welding operations.

· Awareness about the panel rooms, valves, steam positions in the plant.

· Daily reporting about work.

Preventive Maintenance:

· Following yearly calendar of machine maintenance

· On regular intervals oiling, greasing,



nut bolts fitting, Drum cleaning, cleaning of machines.

Breakdown handling:

· On receiving the receipt of breakdown, immediately attending the problem

· In case if problem exceeds 30 mins immediately reporting to senior management.

·Documentation of the breakdown slip

· Making entries in log book

Projects:

· Involvement in undergoing projects into department.

· Suggesting recent ideas

· Helping in completion of projects

Miscellaneous:

· Actively Participating in Quality Circles

· Implementing 5 S in work area

Maintaining safety decorum in Maintenance workshop

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
