Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, switches, sockets, and electrical equipment.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns and take corrective action.

- Maintain electrical panels, distribution boards, MCBs, MCCBs, and related equipment.

- Attend electrical complaints and maintenance requests from different departments, classrooms, laboratories, hostels, offices, and other campus facilities.

- Assist in the maintenance of generators, UPS systems, inverters, and other backup power systems.

- Carry out electrical work related to recent installations, renovations, shifting of equipment, and campus projects.

- Maintain records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and materials used.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and university safety procedures.

- Use electrical tools and testing equipment safely and appropriately.

- Coordinate with the Maintenance/Engineering team for major electrical repairs and projects.

- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.

- Follow all safety precautions while working with electrical systems.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
