DESTINY ENERGY SOLUTION also manages maintenance contracts, preventive servicing, earthing solutions, EV charger installations, and detailed electrical design and documentation. Role Description The Electrician role at DESTINY ENERGY SOLUTION is a full time, on-site position based in Surat. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across residential, commercial, and industrial locations, including wiring, panels, switchgear, and distribution boards. Daily tasks include diagnosing electrical issues, performing troubleshooting and fault finding, conducting routine inspections and testing, and ensuring work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

The role may involve supporting solar rooftop installations, street lighting projects,



earthing systems, and EV charger setups, as well as participating in preventive maintenance and service contracts. The Electrician will work closely with the project team, follow technical drawings and documentation, and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of electricity principles and safe electrical practices.
- Hands-on experience in electrical work, including wiring, panel installation, and equipment connections.
- Skilled in maintenance & repair of electrical systems, with the ability to perform routine and preventive servicing.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical faults, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering concepts relevant to installation, load management, and system design.
- Relevant technical diploma, ITI certification, or equivalent qualification in electrical trade.
- Knowledge of local electrical codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements; experience with government or utility approvals is an advantage.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single line diagrams (SLD), and technical documentation.
- Physically able to work on-site, including at heights or in confined spaces, following strict safety protocols.
- Good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
