We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to join our Maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical maintenance of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Handle installation, wiring, and repair of electrical components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Check and maintain motors, panels, cables, switches, MCBs, contactors, and control systems.
- Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and as per standard procedures.
- Maintain basic records of electrical maintenance and breakdowns.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution of electrical issues.
- Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements while working.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or a relevant qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle breakdown situations.
- Positive understanding of electrical safety practices.
