We are looking for a knowledgeable and practical Electrical Trainer to deliver theoretical and hands-on training in electrical systems, wiring, installations, maintenance, and safety. The candidate should have strong technical expertise and the ability to train learners through practical demonstrations and workshop activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training on electrical fundamentals, wiring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Train learners on electrical circuits, switches, cables, motors, transformers, and control systems.

- Demonstrate domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical wiring techniques.

- Provide hands-on training using electrical tools, equipment, panels, and testing instruments.

- Teach the correct use of multimeters, clamp meters, testers, insulation testers, and other electrical tools.

- Train candidates in electrical fault identification, testing, repair, and preventive maintenance.

- Explain electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, symbols, and wiring layouts.

- Ensure learners follow proper electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical assignments, and assessment material.

- Conduct theoretical and practical assessments to evaluate learner competency.

- Maintain attendance, assessment records, training reports, and other documentation.

- Keep training content updated according to industry standards and requirements.





- Maintain training equipment and ensure proper use and safety of workshop facilities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and basic electronics.

- Good understanding of electrical wiring, circuits, motors, transformers, and control panels.

- Hands-on experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.

- Positive practical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

- Good classroom and workshop management skills.

Qualification

- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Relevant electrical or vocational training certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience as an Electrical Trainer, Electrical Instructor, ITI Instructor, Electrical Technician, or Vocational Trainer.

- Experience in skill-development projects, ITIs, vocational training institutes, industrial training centres, or government/CSR training programs will be preferred.
