We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Assembly Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the electrical assembly, wiring, and production activities of LT electrical panels.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the assembly team, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day electrical panel assembly and wiring activities.
- Allocate work to electricians, wiremen, and assembly technicians based on the production schedule.
- Ensure panel assembly is carried out according to approved GA drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs.
- Supervise mounting and assembly of MCCBs, ACBs, contactors, relays, meters, VFDs, soft starters, control components, and other switchgear.
- Supervise power wiring and control wiring activities.
- Check proper wire size, ferruling, lug crimping, routing, dressing, termination, and identification.
- Coordinate copper/aluminium busbar assembly and ensure correct phase sequence, clearances, supports, and connections.
- Verify component locations and assembly dimensions before final wiring.
- Ensure proper tightening and torque of electrical connections.
- Identify drawing, material, or assembly issues and coordinate with the Design, Production, Stores, and QC teams for resolution.
- Monitor daily production progress and ensure panels are completed within the planned schedule.
- Inspect workmanship during each stage of assembly and minimize rework.
- Ensure all panels are properly cleaned, labelled, checked, and ready for testing.
- Coordinate with the testing team for pre-testing checks and rectification of identified issues.
- Maintain proper usage of tools, crimping machines, drilling machines, torque tools, and other assembly equipment.




- Ensure proper handling and storage of electrical components and materials.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
- Train and guide junior electricians, technicians, and helpers.
- Report daily production status, manpower requirements, material shortages, and technical issues to management.

Panels / Products The candidate should preferably have experience in assembly and wiring of: PCC Panels • MCC Panels • APFC Panels • AMF Panels • ATS Panels • VFD Panels • Distribution Boards • Control Panels • PLC Panels • Synchronizing Panels • LT Main Panels

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Candidates with strong practical electrical panel assembly experience will be given preference.

Experience

3–8 years of relevant experience in electrical panel manufacturing, assembly, wiring, or production.

Previous experience in a Supervisor / Team Leader role will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of LT electrical panel assembly.
- Ability to understand GA, SLD, schematic and wiring drawings.
- Knowledge of switchgear and electrical components.
- Valuable knowledge of power and control wiring.
- Knowledge of busbar assembly and panel clearances.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage electricians, technicians, and helpers.
- Good production planning and manpower management skills.
- Strong focus on workmanship, quality, safety, and timely completion.

Preferred Candidate We are looking for a hands-on supervisor who can work directly with the assembly team, identify practical issues on the shop floor, maintain quality, control rework, and ensure panels are completed as per the production schedule.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
