Role Description The Electrical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon Rural, responsible for overseeing electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion. This role involves leading project planning and scheduling, coordinating tendering activities, managing budgets and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

The Electrical Project

Manager will review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications, supervise contractors and site teams, and monitor quality, timelines, and costs throughout project execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients and consultants, preparing progress reports,



resolving technical and operational issues on site, and supporting energy and safety audits as required. The role also requires close coordination with procurement and facility management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and reliable operations and maintenance after commissioning.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in electrical engineering, with practical knowledge of electricity principles and electrical systems.
- Experience in electrical contracting and project execution, including coordination of site activities and contractor management.
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control for engineering and construction projects, with the ability to track expenses and optimize resources.
- Skills in electrical design and related tools, including reviewing and interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Applied expertise in electrical engineering for HV and LV infrastructure projects, including safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience managing electrical projects or working in a project engineering role, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
- Ability to work in office in Gurgaon Rural, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, safety audits, and energy efficiency practices is an advantage.
- Comfort working in multidisciplinary teams and using project management tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
