Position: Electrical & HVAC Engineer Draughtsman

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: 2-5 years

Department: AHU

Reports To: Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify electrical control panel drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control circuit drawings, and panel layouts.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) based on electrical drawings and project requirements.
- Review electrical designs and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Understand HVAC systems, including AHU, FCU, Fan Wall Units, chilled-water systems, fans, valves, sensors, and associated controls.
- Understand PLC I/O configuration, digital and analog signals, interlocks, alarms, sequences, and control logic.
- Coordinate with the electrical, production, commissioning, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Support troubleshooting of electrical, PLC, and HVAC control-related issues during testing and commissioning.
- Prepare technical documents, I/O lists, cable schedules, and other project-related documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.




- Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical is mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of electrical control panel design and wiring.
- Experience in BOM preparation and electrical component selection.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and their control philosophy.
- Ability to understand electrical drawings, control schematics, and PLC I/O diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems will be preferred
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet/IP, or Profinet.
- Experience in HVAC control panels or industrial automation projects.
- Knowledge of electrical components such as MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, VFDs, SMPS, PLCs, and control transformers.

Experience 2-5 years of relevant experience in electrical design, HVAC controls, automation, or control-panel engineering.
