ELECTRICAL O&M; TECHNICIAN – FRESHER

Role Overview -

We are looking for a fresher interested in Electrical O&M;, Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) . The candidate will support electrical maintenance, site operations, troubleshooting and project execution activities.

Key Responsibilities -

- Assist in electrical operation and maintenance activities.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Assist in basic electrical troubleshooting and equipment inspection.
- Support Solar & BESS site operations, testing and commissioning.
- Maintain basic maintenance records and reports.




- Coordinate with engineers and technicians for site activities.
- Attend customer/project sites as required.

Candidate Requirements -
- Fresher / 0–1 year experience.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics preferred.
- Basic electrical knowledge and safety awareness.
- Interest in Solar, BESS and Electrical O&M.;
- Willing to work in office and travel for project requirements.
- Good communication, discipline and willingness to learn.
- Pune / Maharashtra-based candidates preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Immediate joiners preferred.
