Key ResponsibilitiesDesign &

- Engineering Development

- Execute detailed electrical designs and calculations for core layouts, winding configurations, and insulation systems.

- Utilize 2D/3D CAD and simulation software (such as ANSYS, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks) to create accurate technical drawings and models.

- Generate comprehensive documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering specifications, and manufacturing instructions.

Testing, Quality &

- Compliance

- Ensure full compliance with global and local engineering standards, including IEEE, IEC, and ANSI.

- Oversee testing procedures, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).

- Analyze diagnostic data from thermal, dielectric, and short-circuit tests to troubleshoot performance issues.

Manufacturing &

- Project Collaboration

- Provide technical support to the shop floor during assembly, coil winding,



core stacking, and tanking phases.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical engineers, procurement, and quality assurance teams to keep projects on schedule.

- Review customer technical specifications during pre-bid and post-award stages to ensure alignment with production capabilities.

Site Commissioning &

- Field Support

- Guide field teams during transformer installation, oil filling, vacuum processing, and final commissioning.
