Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and control circuit drawings.

- Design and engineer electrical control panels, MCC panels, PLC panels, and power distribution panels.

- Prepare panel layout drawings, GA drawings, terminal plans, cable schedules, and interconnection diagrams.

- Perform load calculations, cable sizing, short-circuit calculations, and voltage drop analysis.

- Select electrical components such as breakers, relays, contactors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and protection devices.

- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and engineering documentation.

- Develop electrical drawings using tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, Zuken E3, SEE Electrical, or similar CAD software.

- Review and validate electrical designs to ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, UL, and customer standards.

- Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of electrical systems.





- Coordinate with mechanical, manufacturing, procurement, and project teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Manage engineering changes through ECR, ECO, and ECN processes.

- Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during production and installation phases.
