Role Description This is a full-time, on-site EHS Officer role based in Hyderabad. The EHS Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures across project sites, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits; identifying hazards; and recommending corrective and preventive actions.

The role involves delivering safety training and awareness sessions for project teams,



maintaining EHS documentation and incident reports, and supporting the investigation of accidents or near-misses. The EHS Officer will collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and technical teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Workplace Safety practices, with the ability to implement and monitor safety protocols on construction sites.
- Experience in Workplace Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health, including risk assessment, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with local and national safety regulations and standards applicable to construction and design & build projects.
- Strong communication and training skills to engage diverse teams and promote safety awareness.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with project and technical teams.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for EHS reporting, documentation, and monitoring is an advantage.
