Ensuring all environment related operational and statutory requirements are met.

Daily briefing and review meetings with the vendors for regular/scheduled activities and addressing operational issues in STP, OWC, Garbage removal and Plumbing.

Daily campus rounds for monitoring operations and healthiness of STP and OWC.

Ensuring adequate stock of cleaning chemical is always maintained for Garbage segregation yard, STP, WTP etc

Daily checking of all the STPs logbooks and treated water quality and flow.

Daily checking the garbage segregation and clearing activities in coordination with BBMP authorised vendors

Daily checking of Utility room like Pump room, water treatment plant, fountain, water bodies etc

Liaising with Government bodies like KSPCB, BBMP, BWSSB for necessary permits

Keeping track on water availability, consumption and process bills for payments.

Ensuring storm water and waste water drains are free from obstacles.

Coordinating with EHS inspector or DHO for inspection visit for Garbage yard, Food court etc.

Follow-up with vendor/project for timely closure of jobs and coordination for work permits at client location.

Ensuring vendor staff training programmes are properly and timely executed.





Attending vendor meeting monthly and on-call basis.

Making walk-through snag list reports and coordinating with various stakeholders for corrective actions

Participating in Clients Audits, IMS, BSC 5 star, HIRA and other compliance audits by surprise auditing and record document.

Keeping up to date with relevant changes in environmental legislation and initiatives wherever possible.

Monthly submission of Monitoring reports like Air-Ambient, Stack, and Noise report, Water, STP treated water, submission to KSPCB.

Monthly submission of waste management report to KSPCB.

Responsible for handling and disposal of hazardous and e-waste.

Complying with the OHS aspects in your nature of work, legal compliance and external vendors compliance.

Incident Investigation Management: Effectively manage incidents when they occur and ensure that the timelines are met without spillage. Track and close the incidents with proper root cause analysis and prevention mechanisms.
