We are looking for a skilled qualified with experience in eFuse/SRAM design methodology, SPICE simulations, automation, and characterization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and support large-scale SPICE simulations for eFuse/SRAM development.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance simulation methodologies, automation flows, and characterization infrastructure.
- Drive design productivity improvements through scripting, flow optimization, and tool automation.
- Collaborate with design engineers to improve verification coverage and reduce development cycle time.
- Contribute to methodology standardization and best practices across memory IP projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of SPICE simulation environments and custom circuit validation.
- Experience with eFuse, SRAM, or other memory/compiler-based IPs.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell for flow automation.
- Familiarity with characterization, data analysis, and regression methodologies.
