We’re Hiring | Education Counsellor ?
We’re growing our team at Lingua Nest Pvt. Ltd. and looking for an Education Counsellor to join us at our Phase 11, Mohali office.
This role is for someone who enjoys talking to students, understanding their goals and helping them make the right decision about their education and career journey.
What you’ll be handling
- Connect with students and understand their requirements
- Counsel students and recommend the right course/program based on their goals
- Explain courses, fees, timelines and the overall process
- Follow up with interested students and handle queries
- Convert enquiries into enrolments
- Manage the complete closing & onboarding process
- Coordinate with the internal team for a smooth student experience
- Maintain regular follow-ups and work towards enrolment targets
Who we’re looking for
Someone who is confident, approachable, good at communication and comfortable with counselling and sales.
Prior experience in education counselling, EdTech, study abroad or sales will be an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
? Salary: ₹20,000 + Incentives
? Shift: General Shift | 10 AM – 7 PM
? Location: Phase 11, Mohali
? Role: Full time | On-site
