Role Description The Educational Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The consultant will guide prospective students through the entire study abroad process, including understanding their academic background, career goals, and preferences, and recommending suitable countries, universities, and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining admission requirements, assisting with application forms and documentation, coordinating with internal teams for visa processing, and providing updates to students and families.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of student interactions,



following up on inquiries, participating in seminars or information sessions, and supporting pre-departure orientations. The consultant is expected to uphold Gradiks Global’s standards of transparency, professionalism, and student-centered service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting to effectively guide students on international programs and admission processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct counseling sessions, explain complex information clearly, and interact with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries promptly, manage expectations, and ensure a positive experience throughout the study abroad journey.
- Relevant experience in study abroad counseling, career guidance, or academic advising, preferably with exposure to European and UK universities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with basic computer skills and familiarity with online application and documentation processes.
