Key Responsibilities

Position: Electrical Engineer

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Job Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat

Industry: Industrial Projects

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute electrical works for large-scale industrial projects.

- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities of electrical systems and equipment.

- Review electrical drawings, single line diagrams (SLDs), technical specifications, and construction documents.

- Ensure execution of electrical works in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams for timely completion of project milestones.

- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of electrical activities.

- Track project schedules, manpower deployment, and material utilization.

- Support testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, electrical safety standards, and HSE guidelines.

Key Requirements

- 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- Hands-on experience in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.

- Experience in industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, refinery, petrochemical, power, or infrastructure projects preferred.

- Strong knowledge of transformers, switchgear, substations, cable laying, earthing, lighting systems, and power distribution networks.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work at the project site in Jamnagar.
