Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Senior Admission Counselor(Inside Sales) to guide prospective students in selecting suitable online learning programs and drive admissions through consultative sales.
The role involves counseling students and parents and enrolling learners for Online JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and a passion for sales and student counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through outbound calls, follow-ups, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Counsel students and parents and address their queries throughout the admission journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Manage the daily sales funnel and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Academic Counseling.
- EdTech sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining valuable conversion rates.
- Excellent communication, counseling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Graduation is mandatory.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
