Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Management Handle all assigned leads received from digital campaigns, website enquiries, walk-ins, referrals, events, and partner sources. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents within defined turnaround times. Attend inbound calls and provide prompt, professional counselling. Verify lead details and update records in the CRM. Classify leads based on qualification criteria and prioritize follow-ups.

- Parent Counselling Understand the student’s academic background, learning needs, career aspirations, and budget. Explain course features, curriculum, batches, fees, schedules, and admission process. Address objections and provide suitable solutions. Recommend the most appropriate program based on the student’s requirements. Build trust and maintain a consultative approach throughout the admission journey.
- Follow-up &
- Conversion Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails. Schedule counselling sessions, demos, campus visits, webinars, or orientation sessions. Ensure timely closure of admission enquiries. Re-engage inactive or lost leads through structured follow-up campaigns. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets. P age 1 | 3 4. CRM &
- Documentation Update every interaction accurately in the CRM. Maintain complete lead history, follow-up schedules, and counselling notes. Record admission status, payment updates,



and pending actions. Ensure data accuracy and adherence to CRM processes. 5.

Admission

Coordination Coordinate with the Admissions, Operations, and Academic teams for smooth onboarding. Assist students with document collection, application completion, fee payment, and batch allocation. Provide timely updates regarding admission confirmation and commencement schedules. Ensure a seamless admission experience for students and parents. 6.

Customer Relationship

Management Deliver a qualified and customer-centric counselling experience. Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues when required. Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat enrolments. Collect feedback from prospective and enrolled students to improve service quality.

- Compliance Submit daily call reports and productivity updates. Participate in daily review meetings and training sessions. Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and organizational policies. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance with data privacy guidelines.
