Role Description The Editorial Outreach & Programming Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning and executing editorial outreach, including identifying and engaging legal and technology leaders for interviews, roundtables, and special features.
The position involves designing and managing programming calendars for series, events, and briefings, coordinating with internal editorial teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks include researching relevant topics and stakeholders, managing communication with contributors and partners, shaping story angles and editorial packages, and supporting distribution strategies for published work. The role also requires tracking outreach metrics, refining engagement approaches, and representing Farsight at industry events, conferences, and academic forums.

Experience
A graduate in journalism or mass communication, or experienced in media, PR, podcast production, events, or B2B outreach (2-3 Years). We're looking for someone to be the voice of Farsight to the legal community. You don't need a legal background. We'll help you learn the landscape.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to general counsels, in-house legal teams, law firm partners, advocates, and senior advocates on behalf of Farsight
- Gather their views on legal technology for articles, surveys, and features
- Book and coordinate podcast guests, prepare guest research and briefs, and support episode production
- Plan and run events, webinars, and roundtables, from guest curation to follow-up
- Maintain Farsight's contact database and log all outreach and conversations
- Help grow Farsight's presence on LinkedIn and within the legal and legal tech community
Who you are
- Experienced in media, PR, journalism, podcast production, events, or B2B outreach
- Confident approaching senior professionals and comfortable with polite persistence
- A clear, professional communicator in English, both written and spoken
- Highly organised with calls, calendars, and follow-ups
- Curious about law and technology. A legal background is not required.
- Podcast, event, or CRM experience is a plus
