We are looking for a versatile and highly creative Video Editor & Studio Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is as comfortable behind the screen editing dynamic content as they are on the floor managing our podcast and media studio.

If you have a solid command over modern post-production workflows and know your way around studio lights, tripods, and set design, we want to hear from you. You will be working closely with our in-house cinematography collaboratorsto bring high-quality digital content to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Post-Production: Handle end-to-end video editing using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects.
- AI Integration: Utilize modern AI generative tools to enhance workflows, generate assets, and elevate the overall quality of modern-day edits.
- Studio Management: Take ownership of our podcast and editing studio space.
- Shoot Assistance:



Set up professional lighting, arrange props, mount and calibrate tripods/cameras, and ensure the set is completely ready before the talent arrives.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage media files, project workflows, and deliverables for multiple multimedia brand formats.

Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in video editing and production assistance.
- Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI-driven editing and generative media tools.
- Experience or willingness to learn setup of basic cinematography gear (lighting setups, tripods, audio equipment).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage a studio space efficiently.
