Company Description Erotissch is a homegrown lingerie and loungewear brand founded in 2019 by Aayushi Agarwal and Anushka Agarwal, graduates of NIFT and Pearl Academy who previously won a best project award. The brand focuses on empowering women by offering lingerie and bed-to-loungewear designs that emphasize femininity, confidence, and comfort. Erotissch uses sustainable fabrics, scarlet silks, fine laces from Thailand, and carefully selected cotton from India and Europe, with each hue and material chosen to reflect different moods.

Role Description The Editor role is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Editor will review, revise, and polish brand content across platforms, including product descriptions, campaign copy, social media posts, lookbooks, and website articles, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the brand voice. This role involves collaborating with designers, content creators, and marketing team members to refine messaging, maintain style guidelines, and support storytelling that reflects Erotissch’s ethos of empowerment and inclusivity.

The Editor will manage content workflows,



perform fact-checking, and uphold quality standards, while providing constructive feedback to contributors. The position may also include light copywriting, coordinating with external partners, and helping to develop new editorial ideas that strengthen brand identity.

Qualifications

- Strong editing, proofreading, and copy refinement skills to ensure accurate, polished, and engaging content.
- Experience with content writing and brand storytelling, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries.
- Ability to maintain and develop editorial style guidelines, brand tone of voice, and messaging consistency across channels.
- Comfort working with digital platforms (e.g., CMS tools, social media, basic SEO concepts) to support online content.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with attention to detail, grammar, and structure.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and production teams.
- Organizational skills for managing deadlines, content calendars, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Fashion Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to inclusive, gender-neutral, and body-positive language and representation.
