Marketplace Operations

- Manage product listings across marketplaces (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, keywords)
- Handle category mapping, variations, compliance & listing issues
- Manage pricing, offers, deals & festive sales events

Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory to avoid stock-outs and over-stocking
- Coordinate with warehouse, production & dispatch teams
- Track returns, RTO, damages, refunds & penalties

Advertising & Growth
- Plan, execute & optimize marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho promotions)
- Perform keyword research, bid optimization & ACoS tracking
- Scale best-performing SKUs and improve conversion rates

Performance & Analytics
- Track daily & monthly KPIs: sales, conversion, ACoS, margins
- Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards
- Recommend pricing & listing improvements based on data

Account Health & Compliance
- Maintain account health & seller ratings
- Raise and manage seller support tickets
- Ensure GST, HSN & marketplace policy compliance

Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have
- 2–5 years experience managing Indian e-commerce marketplaces
- Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Understanding of marketplace SEO & advertising
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (basic MIS & analysis)

Good to Have
- Experience in D2C / Printing / Packaging / FMCG / Gifting categories
- Experience launching and scaling new SKUs
- Exposure to quick commerce or ONDC platforms

Education Graduate / MBA preferred (skills & experience matter more than degree)

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience)
