Role Description The Ecommerce Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing and growing brand performance across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and quick-commerce platforms. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring product listings, pricing, and promotions, coordinating with internal teams and brand partners, and ensuring catalog accuracy and availability.

The role involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and using data insights to optimize campaigns, conversions, and profitability.

The Ecommerce

Executive will support account strategies,



assist in executing marketplace sales initiatives, and contribute to meeting revenue and ROAS/TACoS targets. This position requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and ownership of daily operations to ensure smooth and scalable e-commerce performance.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills to interpret marketplace data, performance metrics, and campaign results.
- Account management capabilities to handle multiple brand accounts, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain partner relationships.
- Sales and sales management skills to drive revenue growth, support promotional plans, and achieve marketplace targets.
- Team management or collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and creative.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, quick-commerce) and basic understanding of listing, pricing, and promotions.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort working with dashboards and reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage.
