About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as an E-commerce Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in e-commerce and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and regularly update the company’s e-commerce platforms with product listings and relevant information
- Process and manage online orders received through the website, direct messages, and phone calls
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with daily administrative and basic finance-related tasks such as data entry, order tracking, and coordination

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Technical Skills:



Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Personal Skills: Organized, quick learner, and customer-friendly approach
- Languages: Hindi, English, and Kannada (mandatory)

Salary & Terms

- Probation Period: 3 months
- Salary During Probation: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 (based on experience)
- Benefits: PF and ESI facilities provided
