We are looking for an Early Years Facilitator to join our Lil' Pallikkoodam team. The duties of the Early Years Facilitator include creating engaging play-based learning plans, preparing and delivering interactive activities, supervising sensory and hands-on discovery experiences, evaluating child development milestones, and maintaining individual learner records and portfolios.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

- The ideal candidate should have Excellent English Communication skills
- Must have high level of empathy, patience, and active listening.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience working with young children (ages 2 to 6)



in an inquiry-based or progressive learning environment.
- Proven experience in pedagogical documentation—capturing children’s learning processes through photographs, transcripts, and portfolios.
- Solid observational skills to spot emergent themes and extend learning through open-ended questioning.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- ECE / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / Montessori / Reggio Emilia certification or training.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach, emergent curriculum design, and project-based learning.
