Role Description The E-learning Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. In this position, the individual will design, develop, and implement interactive eLearning modules and digital learning experiences aligned with Profluent Labs’ product vision and client needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts, creating SCORM-compliant content, configuring and managing learning experiences within learning platforms, and ensuring courses are intuitive, engaging, and measurable. The role involves testing and troubleshooting eLearning content,



maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of templates, workflows, and learning standards. The E-learning Developer will also support training and rollout activities, providing technical guidance to internal teams and clients as needed.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in e-Learning Development and SCORM to design, build, and deploy interactive digital learning modules.
- Experience with Instructional Design and Learning Management for structuring content, assessments, and learning paths.
- Background in Training & Development to align learning solutions with performance goals and user needs.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia tools (audio, video, graphics).
- Working knowledge of LMS or LXP platforms and standards, with the ability to configure courses and track learner progress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality assurance in testing content.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or corporate learning environments is an advantage.
