Role Description The E-Commerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi. This role involves managing and optimizing marketplace accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Alibaba.com, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy.

The specialist will monitor sales performance, analyze data and trends, and recommend actions to improve visibility, conversion, and revenue. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and clients on inventory, orders, and compliance requirements,



as well as handling customer queries related to products, orders, and returns. The role also includes assisting with advertising campaigns, troubleshooting marketplace issues, preparing regular performance reports, and ensuring adherence to platform policies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, marketplace metrics, and campaign performance, and to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven Customer Service abilities to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with clients and end customers.
- Effective Communication skills for clear coordination with internal teams, clients, and marketplace support, both verbally and in writing.
- Hands-on experience in E-Commerce operations, including product listing, catalog management, order processing, and platform compliance.
- Basic understanding of Sales principles, online merchandising, and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with major marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Alibaba.com) and their seller tools and dashboards.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools for tracking performance and preparing summaries.
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience
