Role Description The E-Commerce Operations Executive will manage the daily operations of online sales channels, ensuring smooth listing, order processing, inventory coordination, and timely dispatch of orders.

Responsibilities include maintaining and updating product catalogs, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and tracking order status to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. The role involves handling customer queries related to orders, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize product visibility, and analyzing performance metrics to improve process efficiency.



This is a full time, on-site role based in Kanpur, requiring close coordination with internal teams to support both domestic and B2B e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of commerce and e-commerce operations, including product listing, order management, and inventory coordination.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, monitor key performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners, and for responding to customer inquiries.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to manage order-related concerns, resolve issues, and maintain positive buyer relationships.
- Sales awareness, with the ability to support online sales initiatives, assist in promotions, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic e-commerce platforms or marketplaces; familiarity with inventory or order management tools is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field preferred; prior experience in e-commerce operations or retail back-end processes is beneficial.
