TRUFIT Footwear is hiring an E-commerce & Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence across Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces.

We are looking for someone hands-on, analytical and growth-oriented who understands marketplace operations and can help improve visibility, conversions and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplaces
- Create and optimize product listings, catalogues, pricing and inventory
- Manage orders, returns, promotions and marketplace issues
- Monitor competitors, pricing and category trends
- Support Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads and promotional campaigns
- Track sales, conversions, account health and marketplace performance
- Coordinate product launches,



creatives and catalogue updates
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

- 13 years of marketplace / e-commerce experience
- Hands-on experience with Amazon and/or Flipkart
- Knowledge of product listings, cataloguing and marketplace operations
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability

Location: Bahadurgarh / Delhi NCR

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
