About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Head to lead and manage the company's overall e-commerce operations, online sales, marketplace presence, and digital commerce strategy.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplace operations, online sales, product management, digital marketing, analytics, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end operations of the company's online stores and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Meesho, or other relevant marketplaces.
- Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory, offers, and promotions.
- Monitor online sales performance, revenue, conversion rates, traffic, and other key metrics.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for digital campaigns, promotions, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
- Monitor marketplace performance and ensure products remain competitive in terms of pricing, visibility, and positioning.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, logistics, customer support, and accounts teams.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and customer complaints.
- Identify new e-commerce opportunities, platforms, products, and growth channels.




- Prepare and analyze regular sales and performance reports.
- Track competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments.
- Manage relationships with marketplace representatives, vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the e-commerce team.
- Establish KPIs and ensure the team works toward defined business targets.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, availability, images, and content across platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of marketplace and D2C operations.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of online sales, product listing, catalogue management, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.




- Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, analytics tools, and e-commerce dashboards.
- Ability to work with sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
