We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce website and third-party platforms like eBay and Amazon. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing online marketplaces, inventory, order processing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize product listings on our website, eBay, Amazon, and other platforms.

- Handle order processing, fulfillment, and shipment coordination.

- Ensure timely stock updates and inventory management.

- Monitor pricing, promotions, and discounts to stay competitive.

- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.

- Manage customer inquiries, returns, and complaints efficiently.

- Track sales performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.

- Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.

- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.





Requirements:

- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.

- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and website CMS.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in jewelry e-commerce is a plus.

- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.

- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Busy, Tally) is a bonus.
