We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing international marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Alibaba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, customer handling, and sales optimization across global platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings on international marketplaces

Create SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags for better visibility

Handle product uploads, cataloging, pricing, and inventory updates

Monitor daily orders, returns, and customer queries

Ensure smooth order processing and coordination with logistics

Manage promotions, discounts, and campaign strategies

Analyze sales performance and suggest growth strategies

Maintain account health metrics (reviews,



ratings, late shipments, etc.)

Stay updated with platform policies and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Robust knowledge of international platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Alibaba)

Experience in product listing optimization (SEO-based content)

Basic understanding of digital marketing & ads (Amazon Ads, Etsy Ads, etc.)

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to handle customer service professionally

Knowledge of shipping, international logistics & tracking
