About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive/ Specialist to manage and support integrations between our e-commerce platform and marketplaces, websites, logistics partners, payment gateways, and other third-party systems. The role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, APIs, data synchronization, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage integrations with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, Myntra, marketplaces, logistics partners, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Configure and maintain API-based integrations and third-party applications.
- Monitor synchronization of orders, products, inventory, pricing, customers, and shipment data.
- Identify and troubleshoot integration failures, API errors, data mismatches, and synchronization issues.
- Coordinate with clients, technical teams, marketplace teams, and integration partners for issue resolution.
- Understand API documentation, authentication methods, webhooks, and data mapping.




- Perform integration testing, UAT, and validation before going live.
- Maintain integration-related documentation, SOPs, and issue logs.
- Support onboarding of new clients and assist in configuring their e-commerce integrations.
- Monitor integration health and proactively identify recurring issues.
- Escalate technical issues to the development/engineering team with proper logs and error details.
- Ensure smooth flow of data between ERP/CRM and external e-commerce platforms.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce Operations / Integration / Technical Support.
- Good understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and order management processes.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, API keys, and authentication.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce, Myntra or similar platforms.
- Understanding of order, inventory, product, shipment, and payment flows.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database queries will be an advantage.
- Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in SaaS/ERP/e-commerce technology companies.
- Experience working with multi-channel/omnichannel e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger/API documentation, Excel/Google Sheets, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to understand technical issues and explain them clearly to non-technical clients.
