We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Executive / Manager to manage and grow our online business across Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listing, inventory management, order processing, promotions, analytics, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify website, including products, collections, pricing, content, banners, and promotions.
- Manage the company’s Amazon Seller Central account and day-to-day marketplace operations.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications.
- Monitor and improve product visibility, conversion rates, sales, and overall marketplace performance.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, pricing, and product catalog across Shopify and Amazon.
- Coordinate order processing, shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Plan and execute e-commerce promotions,



discounts, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor Amazon advertising campaigns such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Track key performance metrics including sales, revenue, conversion rate, ROAS, returns, cancellations, and profitability.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, marketing, creative, and customer support teams.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and product positioning.
- Ensure marketplace account health and compliance with Amazon and other platform policies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, advertising, and marketplace performance.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase online sales and improve the customer experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
