About the Role

As an E-commerce Executive, you’ll work on real business challenges and gain hands-on experience in how leading consumer brands grow through e-commerce, digital marketing, marketplace strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

You’ll work closely with different teams and platforms to improve online sales, customer experience, product performance, and overall digital growth.

What You'll Be Working On

? Marketplace & E-commerce Growth

- Monitor and improve sales performance across e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales, visibility, and conversion.
- Track platform performance, offers, promotions, and competitor activity.
- Support initiatives to improve marketplace rankings and business performance.

? Sales & Customer Insights

- Analyse sales, customer, and product data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators such as sales, orders, average order value, conversion, and customer behaviour.
- Use data to support business and commercial decisions.
- Identify areas of improvement based on customer and sales insights.

? Campaign Planning & Execution

- Support the planning and execution of digital and marketplace campaigns.
- Coordinate offers, promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns across platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis.
- Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.

? Menu & Product Performance

- Track the performance of products, categories, and menu items across online channels.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming products.
- Support menu optimisation, pricing, promotions, and product visibility initiatives.




- Coordinate with Operations and Product teams on online menu updates.

? Platform Coordination

- Coordinate with marketplace partners and platform account managers.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, availability, and promotions are updated correctly.
- Follow up on platform issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external platform partners.

? Business Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce reports.
- Track sales performance and key business metrics.
- Maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Highlight important trends, gaps, and opportunities to management.
