E-commerce Developer Web-to-Print Catalog Operations & Platform Development

Working Hours: 12PM-9PM IST(Monday to Friday, work from Office)

We're looking for a hands-on person to own the day-to-day running of our online store and grow into broader development work as our needs expand. You'll manage a large product catalog on our web-to-print platform (OnPrintShop), handle pricing and design updates, and make code-level customizations when needed.

This is a hybrid role part operator, part developer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage the product catalog: upload and maintain large numbers of print SKUs, set up product attributes and configurators, and keep listings accurate.

Own pricing: configure and update pricing rules, tiered/quantity pricing, and product options in the platform backend.

Make design and content updates: adjust layouts, banners, and product presentation; keep the storefront clean and on-brand.

Handle routine site maintenance: updates, fixes, broken links, and general upkeep to keep the store running smoothly.

Customize when needed: make template and code-level changes (PHP/HTML/CSS/JS) to extend or fix platform functionality.

Grow with us: help evaluate and onboard additional platforms (e.g. Infigo, other web-to-print tools), and support Shopify and other web requirements as they come up.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Foundation PHP & MySQL able to read, modify, and debug existing code and write queries.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript for frontend and template customization.





Comfort working inside an e-commerce admin panel day-to-day Operations

Hands-on catalog / SKU management on a live e-commerce store.

Setting up product pricing and product options/variants.

An eye for design and clean product presentation.

NICE TO HAVE

Direct experience with web-to-print platforms — OnPrintShop, Infigo, Design'N'Buy, Aleyant Pressero, or similar. (We will train the right person on our platform — the foundation matters more than knowing our exact tool.)

Experience with Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.

Laravel or another PHP framework. Familiarity with AWS or other hosting/server management (the platform is self-hosted).

Understanding of print production basics — bleed, CMYK, print-ready PDFs.

WHO THIS IS — AND ISN'T — FOR

This role is a fit if you genuinely enjoy both the operational work (catalog, pricing, daily upkeep) and the technical work (coding, customization, learning new platforms). It is not a fit for someone who only builds sites with page builders (Elementor/Divi) and can't work in code, nor for a pure backend engineer who won't want to spend time in catalog and admin work.

We're looking for a capable all-rounder who will reduce our team's load now and take on bigger technical projects over time.
